intended for kids. The fairy tale “blue bird” was played on the opening day. The theater bears the name of Kiselev, People's Artist of the USSR.

Young People’s Rights was noted as one of the best children's theaters in the country. Later, in 1952, Y.P. Kiselev was awarded the USSR State Prize.

in the field of theatrical art. In 1998, the Saratov Theatre for Young People Kiselev was given the honorary title “academic”.
