The Giant's Causeway
The Giant's Causeway is situated in
Northern Ireland. It has a shape of stepping stones each of which is very high.
Myths and legends surround the creation
of the causeway, and there are many different versions of the famous legend all featuring the giant, Finn Mc Cool.
In the old days in Ireland
lived a good giant Finn Mac Cool with his wife, Una , and across the strait from him, in Scotland, lived an evil giant Benadonna . The Scot constantly touched and hurt the Irish . One day Finn Mac Cool shouted to Benadonne : "If I knew how to swim , I would swim the Strait for 2 minutes and fight with you ! "
But the Irishman could not swim
. Then he decided to build a bridge across the strait. Seven days and seven nights he had not closed

baby " and he thought, " If Fin`s child so big, then what is he? " Startled, Benadonna fled back to Scotland , breaking this bridge .
